WHAT IS HYROX?

HYROX is the world’s premier indoor fitness race—a high-intensity challenge built for real athletes of all levels.

Each race follows the same format:

 

  • 8 x 1km runs

  • 8 functional workout stations

    Including: sled push/pull, ski erg, rowing, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, sandbag lunges, and more.

 

It’s a true test of strength, stamina, and grit—and the ultimate way to see what your training can really do.

 

The next HYROX Toronto event takes place October 3–5, 2025, with thousands of athletes expected to compete.

Training for HYROX isn’t a one-and-done bootcamp; it’s a journey of continuous improvement. We encourage our athletes to think long-term – not just about the upcoming race, but the next one and beyond. MVPR Studio offers flexible membership packages to support your ongoing growth as a HYROX athlete:

3-Month HYROX Prep
$194/month

Perfect if you’re looking to ramp up specifically for the Toronto race. This short-term intensive plan gives you full access to HYROX classes and our facility for 3 months. It’s great for building a base and getting a taste of the results you can achieve.

6-Month Commitment
$189/month

Go deeper with a half-year membership. Six months of unlimited training means you’ll not only be ready for race day, but also primed to crush your personal records afterwards. This option includes all-member perks (clinic discounts, Bulldog Nutrition 15% off, etc.) to keep you performing at peak condition.

12-Month Unlimited
$179/month

You’re all-in – HYROX this year, and maybe even the World Championships next! A year-long membership is for those who see HYROX as an ongoing lifestyle. Improve your race times cycle after cycle with consistent training and support. (Bonus: our best membership value with the highest savings per month.)
