TIER1
Your Starting Point.
TIER1 is our beginner-friendly class designed to build your foundation in functional fitness and HYROX-style training. You’ll focus on proper movement mechanics, pacing strategies, and confidence under moderate intensity—perfect for anyone new to hybrid fitness or getting back into a routine.
You do not need to compete in a HYROX race to join. This class is open to all fitness levels and abilities.
GRIT60
60 Minutes of Power, Pace, and Precision.
GRIT60 is our signature performance class that blends strength training and cardio conditioning in a high-energy format. Expect sled pushes, erg work, functional movements, and challenging circuits designed to build endurance, resilience, and real-world fitness.

GRIT60 is inspired by HYROX competition prep but is designed for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness.


OLY
Olympic Weightlifting Fundamentals & Progressions.
This class is for athletes looking to refine their technique in the snatch and clean & jerk. Learn the mechanics, build strength, and improve barbell confidence in a focused environment led by experienced coaches. Open to all levels—whether you’re lifting for the first time or chasing a new PR.

WMNS (Coming Soon)
Strength & Conditioning for Women, by Women.
A supportive, inclusive training space designed specifically for women. WMNS combines functional strength and conditioning with an emphasis on building confidence, community, and real results. Coached by women who understand the unique needs of female athletes—whether you’re just starting or leveling up.

PWRLFT
Build Max Strength with a Purpose.
A dedicated strength training class focused on the squat, bench press, and deadlift. PWRLFT emphasizes progressive overload, proper form, and power development to help you move heavy and move well. Perfect for athletes looking to get stronger, leaner, and more confident under the bar.
