What is WMNS?
WMNS is a small group strength class designed exclusively for women who want to train in a supportive, empowering environment. Whether you’re new to fitness or getting back into it, we focus on proper form, building confidence, and creating a space where you actually want to show up.

How It Works
We’re kicking off WMNS with a limited number of spots. Once enough interest is shown, we’ll release 3 weekly class times — you’ll choose the ones that fit your schedule.

🗓️ 3 sessions per week - Tuesday 8pm, Thursday 8pm, Saturday 11:30am
